Send the product back to the designated return address and wait for confirmation that we have received it.

Step 4
After the product arrives, we will inspect it to confirm that it matches the description provided in the request.

4. Exchange Procedure

If you need to exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

Step 1
Contact us via email or phone to request an exchange and provide the order number, payment proof, reason for the exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

Step 2
Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide the return address.

Step 3
Send the original product back to the designated address and wait for confirmation of receipt.

Step 4
After the returned product passes inspection, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

After the return request has been approved and the returned product has passed inspection, we will arrange the refund.

The refund will be issued to the bank card used for the original payment (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Shipping costs generated by returns or exchanges without reason
